James joined Tadweld in 2016 as a Welder / Fabricator after completing his apprenticeship at SH Structures and gaining diverse experience in the Oil & Gas industry. In 2022 he was appointed to the position of Health & Safety Coordinator and joined the engineering team full-time in 2023 as project engineer.
In 2025, James was appointed to the position of project manager and is responsible for facilitating the delivery of our projects on time, on budget and to the high quality standards that our customers expect.
