Challenge:
Maximising space: Creating practical access solutions within the limited space available around existing production equipment and structures.
Improving access: Providing safer, more efficient routes to machinery and restricted areas, particularly for maintenance teams.

- Platform & Structural Steelwork: Designed, fabricated and installed a substantial steel platform, including removal and modification of existing steelwork, to support a new conveyor system that increased production capacity.
- Bespoke Pipebridge: Designed, fabricated and installed a bespoke pipebridge to safely route services while maintaining access around the facility.
- Walkways & Crossover Platforms: Delivered bespoke walkways and crossover platforms to improve access over production lines and machinery, supporting both operations and maintenance.
- Conveyor Guarding: Designed and fabricated bespoke guarding around conveyor systems to contain bottle breakages and improve personnel safety, with the majority incorporating hinged and sliding access doors.
- Bespoke Design & Fabrication: Developed tailored solutions through site assessment, bespoke design and in-house fabrication, integrating seamlessly with existing structures and machinery.
