We can appoint, or work alongside general contractors for cutting doorways and laying foundation footings.

Do you manufacture and install fire escapes?

All our installers are CSCS accredited and have a wide range of working at height and other safety qualifications.

Fire escapes are subject to specific building regulations regarding tread width, riser height, and the number of landings required based on the height of the building, covered under Building regulations (Part B). Operational responsibility for fire evacuation is covered under Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, We ensure every design meets these parameters while focusing on the rugged requirements of an industrial setting.

External fire escapes are exposed to the elements 24/7. Hot-dipped galvanised steel provides a corrosion-resistant finish that ensures the staircase will not weaken over time due to rust, meaning it is guaranteed to be safe for use in an emergency even years after installation. Should extra fire rating be required, we can also apply intumescent paint finishes or fire boarding, which is a more common requirement for an internal fire escape.
