Tad joined Tadweld in 2025 as a Project Engineer, bringing strong technical expertise in structural steelwork detailing and coordination. Prior to joining the team, he worked as a Structural Draughtsman, where he specialised in accurate 3D modelling and detailing of steelwork using Tekla Structures. Tad has experience liaising closely with architects, engineers, and fabrication teams. His attention to detail and practical understanding of both design and fabrication support the smooth delivery of projects from enquiry through to installation.
