Dan joined Tadweld in 2023 as Project Lead after completing an apprenticeship at Biotech company LabSkin. He became Customer Service Lead in 2024 and is responsible for being the first point of contact for his assigned customers. He also gets involved in many of the companies continuous improvement initiatives and runs our customer feedback survey process.
