Chris started with Tadweld in 1995 as a sheet metal worker, having trained and served his apprenticeship at the Eclipse Copper Company, followed by a number of years working for an exclusive commercial kitchen manufacturer.
Due to his experience and site leadership, he was appointed as Workshop Manager and subsequently served 13 years as Operations Director. Chris became Sales & Marketing Director in 2025 and now leads all customer facing, business development and concept development activities.
