Rudgate Brewery, a growing name in the Yorkshire brewing scene, approached Tadweld with a requirement to expand their existing platform infrastructure to accommodate new brewing vessels following rising production demands.

Having worked with Tadweld previously, Rudgate once again turned to our team as a trusted fabrication and installation specialist.
The installation program needed to align with Rudgate Brewery’s active production schedule, requiring zero disruption from Tadweld whilst on site. Careful planning and communication was critical, while delivering the custom steel and glass reinforced plastic (GRP) platform extension.
Actions:
Site Survey & Custom Design: Tadweld conducted a comprehensive site survey to assess available space and operational requirements. We then developed a tailored steel platform solution, complete with detailed CAD drawings that were reviewed and approved by Rudgate Brewery.
Fabrication: After identifying a suitable window in Rudgate’s busy production schedule, Tadweld commenced fabrication. Our in-house team ensured all components were built to exact specifications.
Installation & Construction: Our installation team were fully briefed and scheduled in a pre-installation site visit to ensure every detail was accounted for ahead of delivery. We maintained regular communication with the Brewery to ensure the scheduled installation aligned with their production timetable.
Results:
Minimal Disruption: Tadweld maintained consistent communication with Rudgate throughout the project, allowing us to coordinate every stage of the platform installation around their active brewing operations. This proactive approach ensured zero disruption to their production schedule.
