Investing in Our People
Over the past 12 months alone, we delivered over 2,500 hours of training for our team — a major investment in skills, safety, and compliance. This ongoing initiative keeps us at the forefront of engineering capability while helping us nurture and inspire the next generation of engineers.
Building for the Future
We’ve made significant investments in our equipment and facilities to ensure we’re ready for future opportunities. In the past 12 months, we’ve invested over £500k in new capital equipment, including two cutting-edge laser welding machines, new Amada presses, and guillotines.
To support our growing operations, we’ve also acquired an additional 17,000 sq. ft. of workshop and office space adjacent to our existing Tadcaster facilities.
Looking Ahead
Our focus remains on building for the future, by investing in our people, processes, and infrastructure. We’re proud of what we’ve achieved in the last 12 months, and we’re excited about the opportunities ahead in the UK food & drink, water, construction, and fabrication markets.
